What should I do if the service is down?

Do not worry, we are working on it to ensure that the service is up and running as soon as possible. In the meantime, please check your email or application for any notification regarding the application breakdown.

In the case where you received an application breakdown notification, please head to either of the following routes to commute to the closest location to your desired destination:

Route 1: one-north MRT Station (Exit B) - Mediacorp Campus 

Route 2 & 3: one-north MRT Station (Exit B) - ALICE@Mediapolis

Route 4: Buona Vista MRT Station (Exit D) - Nanos - Proteos - Synapse & Amnios

The buses will visit each stop in a 10 minutes interval.

For morning services, buses will travel from the designated MRT stations.

For lunch services, buses will travel in a loop to and from the designated MRT stations.

For evening services, buses will travel towards the designated MRT stations.
