When can I make a booking for my ride?

All transport bookings must be completed within the booking window period.

Booking windows are:

• Available from 12:00 am the day before the service until the scheduled bus departure times

All services are available from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).

If you see this banner "Out of Service Time", it means that the booking window is not opened.
